About

A bit about me

The short version — who I am and how I like to work.

I'm a frontend engineer who likes turning fuzzy requirements into clean, maintainable interfaces — and then sweating the details until they feel effortless.

I've spent the last few years on cross-platform products: order management for one of Greece's biggest delivery services, and geoscience tools used by analysts. I care a lot about readable code, solid tests, and working well with designers.

When I'm not shipping features, I'm tutoring high-schoolers through Greece's national exams, or tinkering on PocketLog — a little expenses tracker of my own.

  1. Software Engineer

    Current

    Building the merchant side of BOX Delivery, one of Greece's leading delivery services.

    • Own the full development lifecycle — from requirements analysis and estimation to clean, maintainable, testable code.
    • Deploy and monitor cross-platform apps (Windows, Mac, Android, Web) that let shop owners manage orders, products, and operations.
    • Led the testing-environment setup and authored a big share of the unit tests, lifting coverage by 40%.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX in workshops and brainstorming to keep the product visually appealing and easy to use.

  2. Junior Frontend Engineer

    Earth Science Analytics A.S.·Oct 2021 — Nov 2023

    Geoscience analytics tooling, working closely with a distributed team across time zones.

    • Wrote clean, readable frontend code and refactored legacy areas into optimized, maintainable solutions.
    • Added unit tests to new and refactored features to improve reliability.
    • Partnered with UI/UX experts to deliver engaging, user-friendly experiences.
    • Contributed to the design and build of the app's sitemap and interface.

Private Computer Science Tutor

  • Prepare high-school students for the National Greek (Pan-Hellenic) Exams — the gateway to a public Greek university.
  • Teach the full high-school Computer Science curriculum, tailored to the exam.
  • Guide groups of up to 8 students, helping them genuinely understand the material rather than just memorize it.
